Well-known Chinese citizen reporter and blogger Zhou “Zuola” Shuguang was refused exit out of the China today when he tried to go to Hong Kong yesterday morning. He has a passport and his tickets were paid for, so he's probably on a blacklist. He was going to go to Germany to be a judge for this year's Best of the Blogs competition.
